I think I'm hurting more than I ever have in my life...Yet I feel so happy. There's three of them and it's as if slowly, they tear me apart. I can't stand seeing him in the halls because everytime I do, I see the person I came so close to having, but let him slip... And the other one. He always hurts, unintentionally of course. I can't remember a single time when he DIDN'T hurt me. Then there's the last one. I AM over him, he doesn't matter to me anymore. But just remember what happened with him still haunts me and, well that memory will never leave me alone. That hurt so much. So Allie's over right now and getting ready for her Solo Ensemble. Oh gosh yesterday was so messed up. Ok firstly Allie came over and realized she forgot the song for her S.E. and completly flipped out so we walked to the school to try and get in and get it but all the doors were locked and so ya…she was screwed. So then we came back here and just at first Allie called people to find out about the music and then we just tried to forget it. Then my dad came home with these two things of alcohal… Haha this gets interesting. Mariah came over with some mountain dew and the first thing Allie and I do is ask her for it and pour a glass of that stuff (which tasted really bad without soda first) and then we got like slightly drunk. My god we were messed up. Then we watched the Grudge. Hahaha that movie's so dumb yet so freaky. It scares me just because that THING is so creepy. And then we watched Without A Paddle. I love that movie. So yeah we tried to go to bed but didn't fall asleep until three and woke up at like 10:30. Now Allie's getting ready and she's sitting next to me right now reading this. Haha…

I just felt like updating this for absolutely no reason at all! Lately, things have been really confusing. I mean, I've been depressed and happy at the same time. I'd say the best thing that has happened to me in these past two weeks was on Friday, at the Pettit. There was this really cute guy (I think he was an eighth grader) and he kept skating near us and we kept skating near them (if you can call what I do skating.) He kept doing this really cute thing where he'd be skating really fast and then like, slide next to a wall so that ice would get all over it and then sometimes he'd actually jump ONTO the wall. Andi didn't think he was cute but I did. So when we were about to go downstairs and get ready to leave, Allie and I waited for the others on the bench and we saw him coming by. So we shouted "HEY SEXY!" and he smiled, blushed, and turned away. HE WAS SO ADORABLE!! I was going to give him my number but Allie and I couldn't find him after that. Damn. Life is incredibly weird right now. There's a lot going on. Some people think I have no idea what really is happening but I know more than I let on. I really miss eighth grade. Things were simpler back then. But whatever, I'm enjoying high school. I feel bad for Kelli. Her school is seriously horrible. I really hope she gets better! I love all my friends and if you don't know that, well you should!!

Vatas may find it hard to ground themselves, and can end up feeling spacey, light-headed and fuzzy. Vatas can also be very free with cash and may find it hard to save money. They tend to avoid confrontation.
Healthy Vatas are sparkling, creative personalities. They often become inventors, scientists, artists, poets, novelists and mathematicians.
Taking care of your mind and body:
According to Ayurveda, Vatas tend to have a light build and are often either very tall or very short. Their high metabolism makes it hard for Vatas to gain weight, so they tend to be on the leaner side of things. Vatas sleep lightly and may have trouble getting a good night's rest. Their appetites are usually irregular and they are very sensitive to noise. Typical Vata faces are angular. Vata skin is usually dry and cool, and Vatas tend to favor warm climates and warm, spicy foods.
Ayurvedic principles suggest that Vatas need to establish a routine so they're not all over the place all the time. They tend to be impulsive. Vatas do best when they sleep and eat meals on a regular schedule.
Ayurveda also suggests that Vatas need to take an active attitude towards relaxation. Taking time to relax--listening to music, meditating, or just sitting and reading--is important. Baths are a good idea (choose bath scents and perfumes that smell calming and warm), as are walks and herbal tea. It is best for Vatas to not rush things. Sweet, salty and sour foods are comforting to Vatas.
According to shamanistic wisdom, moose people are very LOUD, confident and efficient. Like the moose, whose call you hear way before you even see it, moose people tend to be impossible to miss when they walk into a room--either because of the way they dress or because of their loud voices. They can seem a little bossy at times, but being such good organizers, their way is often the best, most efficient way to get something done.
